Washington First Citizen Certificate
Descendants of Berge and Oline Lee qualify for a Washington First Citizen Certificate
The
Washington State Genealogical Society issues First
Citizen certificates for direct descendants of those who
lived in Washington before statehood in 1889. The cost is $10 for the
first certificate and $5 for each additional certificate
for the same ancestor received in the same envelope.
